Emily has over a decade of experience teaching and training women to move, breathe, and meditate.
She knows firsthand that strict workout regimens, restrictive diets, and making excuses about how meditation (or slowing down at all) is "not for her" have had countless repercussions on her body, happiness, and life. (She was literally hospitalized because of this lifestyle).
Her mission is to educate women to feel empowered to choose what supports them, rather than get caught in the unending cycle of trends and societal pressures - that frankly aren't sustainable and strip away all of your joy.
